This Terms & Conditions document governs the use of Stamp-It's Online Service (the Service) including shopping and
participation in promotions run by Stamp-It. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page
on the site.

Shopping Terms & Conditions

Purchasing from StampIt.com.au

Shopping on-line at Stampit.com.au gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping.

Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using secure online Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard
transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms
and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.

Your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout.

Pricing

All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (A$) and excludes GST (10% Sales Tax). All prices are correct
at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you
have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Additions & Deletions - We cannot add or delete items to/from orders once they have been placed.

Back Orders

If any of our products are currently Out of Stock notification will be sent, via email/phone, asking if you wish to
backorder the Out of Stock items.

When ordering please ensure your contact details are up to date so that we are able to get in contact with you swiftly to
resolve any Out of Stock issues.

Please be aware that it is our policy, especially with overseas customers, to always hold an order with Out of Stocks on it until approval is given from the customer to ship the order.

Declined Credit Cards

If a credit card is declined constantly we reserve the right to charge administration fees as much time is spent phoning
customers and orders are delayed.

Double Orders

After ordering on-line please do not fax and/or post orders. If this is done then we see this as two separate orders and we
will send your order twice. We will not accept one of these orders back for credit if this happens.

Large Orders & Remote Locations

We reserve the option to charge increased postage for large orders with low margin heavy products. For some postcodes
in the remote regions of NT and WA we may have to charge extra postage.
