FAQs

How long does it take to have my stamps manufactured?

Our in-house production time is up to 2-5 business days on Premier pre-inked stamps, Wood mounted stamps and self inking stamps currently take approx 2 weeks.  These timeframes are estimates only before shipping.  Please make sure you provide the correct files and/logo is provided at time of order, as this can delay your order..

I am not sure if my artwork is suitable

If we are required to make alterations to your artwork or create artwork for you to have your stamp made there will be charges for this.  Please email customstamps@stampit.com.au and send the artwork you have or details and we will quote the cost, this can be from $30 upwards depending on time.

I want to see my stamp before you make it

Please select the option when ordering your stamp and we will send you a proof to size via email, you will be required to confirm by return email that your happy to proceed before we begin production.  This will slow down your production time slightly from the estimates above.  Production time will start from the following business day after we receive your approval.

How long will my order take to ship?

Shipping time will depend on the method you have chosen – Express Australia Post is the quickest option to most places in Australia or Regular Australia Post can take up to a week depending on where you are located.  Please note that choosing express shipping does not rush your production time of the stamp.  If you need a rush, please contact us as per instructions above.

What is a proof?

Due to the custom nature of what we do, we have an option at the time of placing your order online to select if you would like a digital proof. (if we are doing your artwork this is included in the cost). The reason for this is to eliminate any errors at time of making your stamp. It is your responsibility to check the proof that is emailed to you and approve this before we manufacture your stamp. Once this is approved no changes can be made, and if your stamp arrives and there is an error in the text, this WILL NOT be replaced at our cost.

If you chose not to get a proof before your order, it is your responsibility to provide the correct print ready artwork that is supplied in vector format to make the stamp. Any errors made on the physical stamp will be your responsibility as you have supplied the artwork. NO refunds or replacements will be offered if the artwork is incorrect, replacement will be at your cost.

If you are not sure if your artwork is suitable please email us first to check. Email customstamps@stampit.com.au
